Monster Jam returning to Ford Idaho Center Friday and Saturday

NAMPA, Idaho (CBS2) — Monster Jam is coming to the Ford Idaho Center on Friday and Saturday.

It will be your chance to see monster trucks live and in person right here in the Valley. The eight drivers are competing for a spot at the world finals in four categories: two wheels, racing, donuts and freestyle.

"We're gonna have eight monster trucks, that's two more monster trucks than the last time we were here at the Ford Idaho Center," said Gabe Resto, Monster Jam west coast tour manager. "It will be a weekend full of excitement with eight trucks, four obstacles; high jumps nose wheelie, bicycle. There's an event here for all types of people families, adults and those retired as well, like we can come over here and enjoy some monster truck action."

If you'd like a chance to get up close with the trucks and meet the drivers, there will also be a pit party where you can take pictures and get autograph cards that you can get separate tickets for.
